Co-Lending Platform

Financial workflow supporting co-lending operations, loan movement and partner-specific lending processes.

Problem

Co-lending splits a loan across more than one lender, and each partner brings its own eligibility criteria, share arrangement and reporting expectations. Treating those differences as special cases makes onboarding a new partner slow and the resulting positions hard to keep accurate.

Solution

A workflow that treats partner rules as configuration. Loans are evaluated against partner criteria, allocated according to the agreed arrangement, and tracked through their lifecycle so each partner's position stays reconcilable throughout.

My Contribution

  • Built workflows supporting co-lending operations and loan movement.
  • Modelled partner-specific rules so onboarding is configuration-driven.
  • Implemented allocation logic reflecting agreed arrangements.
  • Built partner-facing reporting and data exchange flows.
  • Ensured position tracking stayed consistent across the loan lifecycle.
